- We prepare and submit planning applications on your behalf for most projects. For permitted-development extensions we confirm eligibility before work starts. We advise on Building Regulations at every stage.
- How long does an extension take?
- A typical rear extension takes 8 to 14 weeks depending on size and access. We provide a programme of works with your quote so you know the timeline before we start.
- Will my neighbours be affected?
- We follow Party Wall Act requirements where applicable and give neighbours reasonable notice. A tidy site and clear communication keep disruption to a minimum.
